Ian Gibbs

Dr. Ian Gibbs is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon from the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He is a graduate of Temple UniversityÕs Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry and completed his residency in general dentistry at the University of Southern California. Dr. GibbsÕ internship in oral and maxillofacial surgery was completed at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital and he further completed his specialist residency at Howard University Hospital. Dr. Gibbs performs all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery, in multiple settings, but concentrates in dental implants, wisdom tooth extractions, jaw and trauma surgery, biopsies, and pathology. He is an associate professor at the oral and maxillofacial surgery residence program at Yale-New Haven Hospital and St. RaphaelÕs Hospital in New Haven.
