I had my first visit here 2 days ago and it was great! They made me an appointment for the next day, got me in so fast and the staff are phenomenal. I got the pleasure of being taken care of by Grace and Dr. Pitcher. They explained everything very thoroughly and made me so comfortable.
As usual, I had a great dental experience-from beginning to end. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Pitcher is trustworthy, professional, and good as they come. I would recommend this practice to anyone on the lookout for a great dentist and piece of mind.
My daughter and I have been patients for about 3 years and everyone there is fantastic. I'm always seen at my scheduled time and my concerns are always addressed. I had a crown recently and both the hygienist and Dr. Pitcher were great in keeping me comfortable and making sure I understood the process.

Grace was wonderful at keeping me calm at my 1st visit. She is a wonderful person. Dr Pitcher was also very calming and took time to explain what may need to be done to clear up some problems. She even scheduled a follow-up in a couple days to further explain next steps. I have never been a great dental patient but I have to say I felt comfortable and trusting of the information they gave me.
I have been a patient for many years with Dr Fink. He recently retired and I was a little nervous about seeing a new dentist but Dr Waterman made me feel at ease. He's extremely knowledgeable, super easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. The staff is wonderful as well.
Julie, the dental hygienist greeted me on time, took my x-rays, scaled my teeth, and provided a fluoride treatment in less than an hour. She is totally professional, but also very personable. It was a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend Family Dental to anyone.
Dr. Pitcher and Grace are a top notch team! They are caring, compassionate and gentle! They explained everything that was going to happen during my visit and were very concerned about my well being the entire time. I was even offered a pillow and blanket to make me more comfortable. I chipped a tooth that is often chipped as it is really thin. Dr Pitcher did a fantastic job reshaping the tooth and making look like it never happened. Also kudos to the staff who were able to get me in the same day I called. Great job by them.
